My Order

When will I receive my order?

All our products are printed to order in the UK and are usually ready to dispatch within 3-5 days. (Please note, we do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible; however, we can experience delays during busy periods so please bear with us.) Did my order go through?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Please check your email inbox and spam folder. If you haven’t received it or think you may have entered your email address incorrectly then please get in touch with us at hello@jousca.com

Can I track my order?

I have not received my order

Please see our Delivery Information page for information on delivery timescales. If you still think you should have received your order by now then please contact us for more information, making sure you include your order number.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

If you are based outside the UK, your purchase may be subject to duties, taxes or custom clearance fees. We recommend that you check out your import tariffs locally before ordering as the buyer is liable for any import duties.

Do you accept returns?

Every product you order here is an individual item, printed on demand to avoid wastage and manufactured by hand for you.
Please check the size and fit guides carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

If you wish to request a return or an exchange, please let us know by contacting us at hello@jousca.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. You then have another 14 days to send your product(s) back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping fees so please check with your local post office to ascertain what options are available.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

Oh no! Whilst rare, product faults might occasionally happen. So that we can get this fixed for you, simply email us at at hello@jousca.com including the following information:
  • - Your name
  • - Order number
  • - Product name
  • - Photo of the fault
  • - Description of the fault

Where can I see your size guide?

You can find a size guide on each product page to help you decide which size will be the best fit for you. If you have any other questions or would like more sizing advice, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What are JOUSCA’s apparels made from?

Our garments are designed and printed in the UK. We favour organic or recycled materials that care for your skin and the environment. Our garments are made from 100% organic cotton, Tencel or recycled polyester. You can learn more here.

What are the care instructions for your products?

For all garments, we advise you to follow these instructions for washing and drying:
  • Wash at 30 degrees Celcius, inside out
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron over print.

What is the environmental impact of your products?

OEKO-TEX® certified ink
Our products are printed in the UK with vegan and eco-friendly inks. That means: there are no toxins in the ink. There are no animal by-products used to create the ink. And it is safe for use on products for both adults and children.

Sustainable materials
We never uses standard cotton. Our clothing is made from 100% organic cotton or other sustainable materials such as Bamboo and recycled polyester. The entire production process is controlled and certified in accordance with the latest version of GOTS (Global Organic Standard). The cotton used is GMO-free and is grown without the use of chemicals and is processed and dyed without using any banned toxic substances.

What is the social impact of your products?

All our garments are Fair Wear certified because we truly believe that there is a better, fairer way to make clothes. The Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) is a non-profit organisation that works with garment brands, factories, trade unions, NGOs and governments to improve working conditions for garment workers.

We also aim to support a wide range of causes through our charity collection.

Payments

Is my payment secured?

Yes! To ensure your financial security, we outsource credit and debit card handling to Shopify Payments, as well as Paypal – the UK's largest independent internet payment gateway. We have chosen to do this so that our customers have confidence that their card details are in safe hands. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

When is payment taken?

Payment is processed at the checkout stage. We accept payment through either PayPal or via credit/debit card through our secure portal.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and will vary according to the delivery option chosen: Regular, Tracked and Courier.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Every product you order from us is an individual item, printed on demand to avoid wastage and manufactured by hand for you. Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Estimated delivery times are provided below so you can see roughly when your order should arrive (please note: this is only an estimate and we can't guarantee a delivery date):
  • UK: 1-5 working days (after dispatch) depending on the delivery option chosen
  • EU: 2-5 working days (after dispatch) depending on the delivery option chosen
  • USA: 3-5 working days (after dispatch)
  • International: 7-10 working days (after dispatch)
